5 yummy, fatty lamb chops coated in mixture of 1 egg + 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, then in seasoned breadcrumbs.
baked at 190°C for 30-40 minutes on parchment paper. turned the chops at the halfway mark of 15-20 minutes. and voila! the simplest things are the best sometimes.
and baked potatoes with a generous serving of saturated milk fats, butter, i love!
